Happy Birthday Jenni!

Recruiting 300 Miracle Friends volunteers in 3 months is a high bar for our new Los Angeles general manager Jenni Taylor but is a challenge she is ready to meet.

Miracle Friends presents a solution to a niche need of social connection to combat loneliness. During COVID-19 many individuals were put into transitional housing. While giving unhoused individuals their own space to live would seem to be a completely positive outcome with many benefits, it also brings isolation.  Many of these individuals were uprooted from their communities with no way to contact them without a phone to reach out. Miracle Friends hopes to fit the need to share successes large and small, and communicate day to day interactions. This pandemic has taught us all that some degree of social connection is something everyone needs.

Starting from scratch, coming into one of the biggest cities in the US and working to solve one of the city's largest problems is daunting on multiple levels. Jenni’s ambition and excitement prove she is ready for the task. Her objective is to grow the area in any capacity. This comes from connecting with partners to share about Miracle Messages work and expanding services by reaching out to volunteer groups that would make good friends for our unhoused neighbors.

When first moving to LA and seeing the amount and need our unhoused neighbors had, Jenni knew she would have to work with this cause. Many of us feel this desire but don’t know how or in what capacity to help. Miracle Friends offers a service that you can participate from anywhere for just a few minutes a week. Join us to help to alleviate relational poverty by signing up for Miracle Friends here.

Help us reach our goal of 300 friends in 3 months! A text and conversation can go a long way. Someone to tell exciting news to, share a funny moment with, or having someone listen can go a long way. Become a Miracle Friend today!

We are so grateful to have Jenni’s positivity and ambition join our team!

Go to our social media and wish Jenni a Happy Birthday!
